Stellar Phoenix Shield Software3.0

Stellar Phoenix Shield is pre-crash data protection software & data restoration utility after any form of logical data loss. Stellar Shield is a powerful solution that helps protect your system by safeguarding data against possible loss. Shield takes a snapshot of critical system attributes & information & stores it in your hard disk. In the event of any data loss, Shield uses this Image of the System Area to recover/rebuild your hard drive thus recovering/restoring lost data immediately. Stellar Shield also provides an option for selective data recovery. A hierarchical backup structure gives you an option of creating up to six Images of critical system information & is particularly useful in recovering & restoring recently lost data. In the event of a logical failure of the disk, Stellar Shield can recover up to 100% of the data lost & can recover it to the same hard disk. The Stellar Shield software can be scheduled to automatically create Images at user-defined time intervals. This is done by using various Scheduler options like Daily, Hourly, At First Boot of the Day, At shutdown. Stellar Shield recovers lost data in the MS-DOS environment. If your MS-DOS follows a FAT16 based File System, then all recovered file names containing more than 8 characters will be automatically truncated. This Conversion Utility is meant for such occurrences. This Utility converts all short, truncated names to Long File Names (LFN). Stellar Shield recovers & rebuilds a drive in a matter of minutes. The rebuilding process takes place in an MS-DOS environment & only the keyboard will be operable for navigation through the various options. The software is extremely simple to install and use with a friendly Graphical User Interface (GUI). Stellar Shield also supports Dynamic Drives, a part of a physical disk managed by Disk Management. Stellar Shield Software supports Windows 9x, ME, XP, Windows 2000, and backed up by 24 X 5 unlimited customer support
